Every Giftilia piece is hand-poured and prepared especially for your order — we don't mass-produce our kits or pull them off a warehouse shelf.
Please allow us at least 3 days to prepare your order before delivery. For larger Party Favour orders, we recommend ordering 5–7 days in advance whenever possible.
Need your order by a specific date? Just let us know when ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate it. 💛

Because every piece is individually hand-poured, you may notice tiny air bubbles, small pores or slight variations in the surface from one piece to another.
These are a natural part of the casting process and won't take away from the design or the fun of painting it. In fact, they're part of what makes every little creation unique! 🤍

All orders are available for local delivery within Ottawa via our local driver, and Canada-wide shipping is available via Canada Post.
